What is Awana?
Awana is an international Bible-centered children’s and youth ministry committed to developing spiritually strong children and youth who faithfully follow Jesus Christ. Each week, more than one million kids ages 2 to 18 participate in Awana. Over 12,000 churches in the U.S. and 7,600 internationally run Awana programs change young lives through biblical truth.
The acronym AWANA comes from the first letters of the phrase, “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed.” (2 Timothy 2:15)
Our Awana ministry is open to all children and youth ages preschool through eighth grade. We welcome all children to join us on Wednesday nights (when school is in session) for food, games and lots of fun!
